~Bench Press - Chest, shoulders and triceps
~Triceps Extensions - triceps
~Shoulder Press - shoulders and triceps
~One Arm Rows - back and biceps
~Dumbbell Curls - biceps
~Squats - thighs, hamstrings and glutes (butt)
~Kneeling Kickbacks - hamstrings and butt
~Lying Bridges - hamstrings and butt
~Crunches - abs
